My experience with the Kavinoky law firm was simply amazing. The entire time my attorney made me feel at ease and gave me the confidence that I needed to do things correctly at the trial. He kept me well informed about everything and I trusted him a lot for that. I give my attorney 5 stars for getting the job done in a very professional manner. Thank you sir, I can sleep better now. Highly recommend.

Henry has been nothing but over-the-top amazing and his communication with me has been on point! I couldn't ask for a more professional attorney in the situation that I needed. I highly recommend him when needed!!

These guys are terrible and i can say most of the reviews here are fake …they gave me lot of pain ..after you pay them ..it is very hard to get the attorney on the phone ..they don’t respond…don’t fall for them ..do a better job researching to find a better attorney…there are lot of good attorneys out there for lot less money…i figured that out too late unfortunately

From the time that I called the Kavinoky Law Firm I was greeted by a friendly voice (thank you, Suzanne Delgin) who spoke to me with respect and the assurance that they would do everything in their power to handle my situation with the DMV and get the best results possible. Suzanne then told me who my case attorney would be and further assured me that Meagan Melanson was a very experienced attorney and that I was in great hands. Now, by my own nature and background, I am not a very trusting person when it comes to dealing with people, and doing business, over the phone, but it was necessary due to Covid restrictions. Suzanne told me what the process was with their office and that Meagan would soon be in contact with me. Within two hours Meagan was calling me to introduce herself and tell me what to expect from the Kavinoky firm, and in particular, from her. She explained what the DMV hearing process was and how she would be representing me. After that, she handled the rest of the work. She did all the necessary correspondence with DMV and made sure that I was constantly updated on all steps of the process. I never had to call the firm to chase her down and get information. In fact, there were also times that the office staff would also call or email me with updates. With each step that Meagan guided me through, I became more confident with how she was handling my case. Finally, before my hearing date, Meagan called me to discuss the upcoming hearing and how she would handle as much of the process as possible. On the hearing date, Meagan handled everything with the DMV Hearing Officer, with professionalism and, at times, a little lighthearted conversation to make sure that all parties were at ease. In the end, we got a very positive result. Meagan Melanson definitely delivered on everything she said her firm would attempt to do. She made no promises of the outcome, but assured me that she would do everything she could to achieve as positive an outcome as possible. I have since heard from DMV and was definitely pleased with the results. Awesome job, all around, by everyone at the Kavinoky Law Firm. Thomas and the No Cuffs team have worked well for me, I recommend them. Thomas has communicated well, always been professional and I believe tried his best for me. When we went to court he was excellent at explaining what was going on, what to do and not do and so on. He pushed what I believe was my best defense and did a good job doing so.

Terrible experience. This firm switched attorneys on me 3 times and lacked professionalism. For 5k you better hire someone that is going to fight for you, but you won’t find that here. Do not waste your money.

Anthony Hicks is a great and reliable lawyer. He puts in the work and gets results. I'm very happy with the outcome. The No Cuffs team is amazing. I'm very grateful for all the work put into my cases. In the end I got house arrest... no jail, what we had hoped for on something that could have been very bad.
