My experience with Josh was and has been fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgable in his field, thoroughly reviews all documents and takes extensive notes. I appreciated this because I rarely had to repeat myself or the details of the situation and was able to trust that he know the appropriate next steps to take. Josh is also respectfully direct.
