Mr. Nielsen resolved two cases on my behalf. The first case was against an employer who was violating break laws. Mr. Nielsen and his firm went far above and beyond than I was convinced that the case was worth. In the process of resolving this case over many months, they discovered that my employer had committed additional violations and I was owed much more. The second incident involved an auto accident. A semitruck had sideswiped my car, the resulting damage was beneath my policy's deductible; so my insurance closed the case, leaving me to both pay out of pocket and recover the costs of repair on my own. Mr. Nielsen expedited the process and recovered my expenses within weeks; whereas if I had not had Mr. Nielsen to represent me, the at-fault party's commercial insurance would have dragged their feet. I strongly recommend Mr. Nielsen. If you have any legal doubts or worries, then he can most certainly alleviate them.

I was involved in a minor accident while driving my Ferrari. The car was in the shop forever and the insurance only wanted to pay me $100 a day. Mr. Nielsen informed me that most lawyers don't pursue this type of claim and most insurance companies refuse to acknowledge it even exists. Before Mr. Nielsen got involved, the insurance company was offering me around $6k for the two months the car was in the shop. After he was done, the final settlement was more than 10 times their original offer. If somebody hits your nice car, talk to this man!
