I had trouble getting approved for accommodations for my learning disability. I had accommodations during school and for other major exams, but this one particular licensing exam denied my request and my appeal. Mr. Nielsen had a similar experience, and knew that I was getting wrongfully denied and in violation of ADA testing accommodation requirements. He put together an excellent demand letter citing violations of the ADA and tailored to my specific condition and needs. Thanks to Mr. Nielsen’s efforts, the exam committee immediately approved my accommodations without questions!
