I recently encountered a situation that unfortunately fell short of my expectations. I had some questions regarding legal fees that I felt were unfairly charged. When I contacted the office to seek clarification, I was directed to Astrid. Although I understand that dealing with tenant inquiries can be demanding, my interaction with Astrid was unfortunately quite negative. Instead of actively listening to my concerns and attempting to address them, Astrid exhibited behavior that hindered constructive communication. This included raising her voice, speaking over me, and displaying a generally dismissive attitude. While I acknowledge that difficult situations can arise, I believe that professional communication and a willingness to understand tenant concerns are essential for any building management team. This experience has unfortunately left me feeling unheard and frustrated. It also raises concerns about the overall communication culture within the building management. While I'm confident that many within the team are dedicated to providing quality service, I believe that addressing instances like this is crucial to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all residents.
