I feel for a review I just read about this attorney. My mother hired her to make a simple amendment to an already existing trust. I emailed them all the pertinent documents with the information for my mother. my mom believing that all was well came home with a notorized amendment that was completely wrong. This woman had beneficiaries sharing in things they were not entitled to and people left out where they weren't to be. It was an absolute mess. After reading it thoroughly my mom was beside herself. I didn't give her the opportunity to be any way with me. I emailed her and explained that my mom would not be paying her for services that were rendered incorrect because they couldn't take the time to read accompanying documents. I would never recommend her or a firm that would allow these glaring mistakes to go without being addressed

I couldn't say one bad thing about Warren and his staff. They are by far the best firm in LA to handle your case. Every step of the way, Warren was there and went above and beyond. Not the best situation to be in, but they made it all worthwhile. I appreciate his courteousness, his frank answers and his diligence while dealing with my case. Scott absolutely killed it for me. As soon as I got home after my "night out" I sent an email to him through his website. He called me back within an hour, on a Sunday! We set up a meeting at his office and I was in there the next day. I was freaking out, he calmed me down and walked me through the process of what was going to happen and told me that he had me covered. By the time I left his office I felt like he actually did have my back and I would come out of this alright. I won't bore you with the details of the time leading up to trial, Scott had everything handled and I didn't have to worry about a thing. He called me or set up meetings for anything that came up and was always helpful if I called him worrying about anything along the way. Once we got to trial Scott absolutely shined, he knew the law backwards and forwards, he knew everything about the field sobriety tests (including the eye tests,) signs of impairment while driving, and all the equipment (from the breathalyzer when I got pulled over to the machines in the lab to test my blood, and everything in between) used throughout the process. He had experts ready to come in when I needed them and had case law/expert articles/answers for everything they threw at us. Besides all of that what really put us over the top was Scott himself. The way he presented my case to the jury, and how he knew when to push (or let sink) anyone the DA put on the stand to get the answers he wanted was really quite masterful. We got a "not guilty" verdict and then he also helped me get my license back from the dmv. If you are looking for a lawyer that knows what he is doing, will have your back and stand up for you through the entire process Scott is your guy. Thanks Scott!

I have known Ms.Masteller for many years professionally. I have referred legal work to her and helped her, in my capacity as a banker, with her personal financial situations. My wife and hired her to draft our personal trust. To my regret I recently hired Ms. Masteller to draft a very simple amendment to my 94 year old mother's trust. I patiently and throughly explained to Ms. Masteller that my mother wished to name me immediately her co-trustee. After many delays I received the documents. I was forced to delay the signing of the documents until either her notary-paralegal or Ms. Masteller could avail themselves to travel to my mother's bedside to sign the documents. Neither Ms. Masteller or the para-legal ever made themselves available. When I asked her paralegal on Feb 12, 2017 she responded that no one was available this week. The paralegal offered several reasons for this delay, none of which were reasonable in a business dealing. When I stressed, again, the urgency of the situation I was informed that the Kira Masteller was going on vacation and that a partner in the firm had died. Please note the correction to the documents was a matter of re-writing two lines in the amendment. When Kira Masteller finally called she denied her mistake, accused me of yelling at her paralegal, talked over me, resorted to screaming and hung up on me. I must admit to writing emails to Kira that were less than complimentary, but she was uncivil with me on the phone call. I suggest to you that you can find a better lawyer than Ms. Masteller. My experience with Ms. Masteller is that she is immature, hostile and completely unwilling to take responsibility for her mistakes. Ms. Masteller's response to my justified criticism was to summarily refuse to fix this glaring mistake and fire both my mother and my family as clients. Ms. Masteller is so entitled that she has somehow justified to cause my 94 year old mother harm.
