I called their phone number and somebody sleepily answered, "Um...hello?" I thought i dialed the wrong number, but after asking myself found it was the right one. I was then transferred from this person to an attorney, "Francesca," who was not friendly. I told her, I thought nicely, that it was a bad first impression of a LAW FIRM that a reception answer like that and not say her name or the name of the LAW FIRM. Francesca was terse and unapologetic and after I said some people might hang up and/or go to another law firm. She said maybe I should go somewhere else. Really???? All it would have taken was for her to say "I apologize for your experience, I'll look into it." I mean, I know the party line, I've worked in customer service. Th e people at this firm must all be independently wealthy or something because they are so very unprofessional and forgetful that the person calling is at the very least a potential PAYING client.

Represented me through thick and thin! A longer then expect case, challenges on every item possible. Won a very favorable settlement. Thank you Dennis Rosenstock and David Arzan and your very kind and knowledgeable office staff!

Irene assisted me in winning my case, remember that if you try to represent yourself, there are high probabilities you will lose your case for the second time again, and when facing the judge whether in person or by phone Irene will be on your side all the way to the end, but please be patient because these cases can take from 1 year to 2 years to resolve. At times during your wait you may think that Irene and her staff have forgotten of you, but you are not the only one they are representing, so there is no need to call the office every week like a big "bug", in questioning why you haven't heard anything about your case, remember Irene is just as interested in getting your case resolved as you are, as Irene does not get a penny unless there is a win. Just remember iv'e been there and done that, so I am just passing along an advise for you be patient, you don't want Irene or staff to think " Oh my god it's john Doe calling again!!!!" give Irene and her staff space so they can do their job on a timely basis with joy and at the end you are thought of as a good client. I understand this review might all sound a little funny, but I am writing this serious, with no smile on my face.
