I had a great experience from the very beginning with the NoCuffs team. It was a very stressful time for me as I had been through this before and knew I needed experienced representation. Huge kudos to my attorney Kristen Mason! Once she took my case, she was with me every step of they way and was ALWAYS available for me whenever I had any questions and or concerns, not only regarding my case, but any questions regarding the process. It was a very stressful time for me but she made me feel like she cared and made herself available when I needed her. Communication between myself and their team was always prompt whenever there was any court dates/hearings. I’d be notified of where my case stood in a very timely manner. My case was recently closed and my arrest was sealed! I was beyond ecstatic with the outcome of my case! I didn’t have to go to court AT ALL and they took care of everything in such a professional manner. Can’t thank Kristen and her team enough! You are greatly appreciated 🙏🏼

Having had the opportunity to work both with and against Ms. Nabati, I must say that I continue to be impressed with her specialized skill set, as well as her genuine dedication and compassion for her clients. Received my Green Card with the help of the Root Law Group! Helped me to collect all the documents and send it to the Immigration office, always kept track of my case and updated me with all the updates.

I worked with Sandy Torrez from this office. She was very professional and very informative on my partners and I's situation. We received a very less than favorable letter from Immigration after our initial interview. It was a challenging matter and Sandy kept us informed and helped us respond to the letter. We took all of her advice and insight and worked very hard responding to the letter. Not to mention our very short window to do so. After waiting about 2 months and Sandy calming my nerves, they approved our marriage and we got my partners green card! With out her professional guidanceI cannot imagine what would've happened. She was truly patient and kind , sympathetic and really for the people like us who don't know anything about this challenging process. She worked very hard on helping us and she was just a wealth of information. We are blessed and lucky to have worked with her.

Bob is the real deal! He is such a kind person and an incredible attorney. Throughout my entire case, he was always available any time I needed anything. He walked me through everything, he took his time and made sure I understood everything, and he checked in on me frequently, which I greatly appreciated. He really cares about his clients. Mr.Brennan was beyond amazing. He kept me updated throughout the case (he did, not the receptionist like other company’s ) as well as understood why I did not want to take my case to litigation. It was personally not worth my mental health . However ,he was still able to get a great settlement. He was kind ,patient , passionate and diligent . Every phone call with him or his team I really felt taken care of. Don’t trust other firms that only hold your hand during intake and leave you in the dark after . He’s your guy for the right care and will get you what you deserve.
