Regrettably, my experience with Root Law Group has been inconsistent. Despite their reputation for reliability, the process has been more burdensome than anticipated. Significant delays in starting applications and a lack of timely updates have been particularly frustrating. Promised timelines have not been met, leading to prolonged delays in submission, which has been disappointing. As I’ve seen from other reviews, this is a common occurrence. Improved communication and efficiency are needed to enhance the overall experience.

Dependable law firm but gets kind of exhausting to work with at times. My parents are in the process of applying for their residency, started early last year and to this day the application itself has not even begun. You can only obtain an update on your case if you call, making it a frustrating chase. After being given a timeline of how long it would take to hear back from immigration agencies, it’s well over exceeded the limit (over one year). After months of waiting for FOIAs from government agencies, and thousands of dollars in overall payments, their immigration application STILL has yet to be submitted. It’s understandable that patience is key but it feels like my parents' case has been buried in their list of priorities. I have high expectations for this firm because they have helped my family in the past, however our case goes in circles with no true progress, which makes me lose hope. I know this firm is professional, reliable and responsible, but our frustration is justifiable. My family is eager for updates, however our experience working with this firm has not been the greatest.

Top notch immigration attorneys! Straightforward, knowledgeable, treat their clients like family members and that is what makes them stand out!!!! Mark is a great immigration attorney who handles complex cases from investment visas to asylum! For any who is looking for an experienced lawyer, that truly helps, Root Law Group is the best!
