I unfortunately got in the middle of a police chase. This was my first car accident and it was very scary!! Luckily I was not injured besides a whiplash, but my leased car (only 1 year old) was done. I realized I had to get a lawyer and thankfully I found Ross Erlich!!! He worked with me on this case and I ended up getting all of my chiropractor expenses, hospital bills etc. paid for (about $3500), I got the old car paid off and had even extra money left over to put down on a new car and I got an additional $8300 for pain and suffering from the settlement. I definitely recommend him for any accidents where you may need a lawyer! Thanks again Ross Erlich!!!

I have to tell you that Ross is just the best. He helped me when no one else could. I unjustly got a red light ticket - they said I was in the red for over 13 seconds, but that's not even possible - and Ross worked with me to help get it dismissed. It was a unique circumstance because even though red light cameras are no longer in use in LA City, they are in use in some other random places like Metro bus ways, which is where was unjustly given the ticket. Ross delivered convincing arguments to the Judge and helped get this dismissed for me when it looked like I would have to pay a big fine and either go to traffic school or suffer points on my license for something I didn't do. If you need help with tickets Ross Erlich is the best.

I was referred to Ross by another lawyer friend of mine for two speeding tickets that I wanted to contest. I was able to get hold of Ross on phone to explain my ticket situation and he said he will do his best to get them dismissed. With all the Covid chaos and court delays, he was able to stay on top of everything and worked his magic to get both tickets dismissed. I was so grateful. Thank you so much Ross.

Ross is an incredibly competent and professional lawyer. There wasn’t a moment where I had any ambiguity about what was happening or the work he was accomplishing on my behalf. Even after all legal issues were resolved, Ross continued to provide excellent advice. Ross constantly went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. If anyone I know is in need of legal aid, Ross is always my first call.

I don't write Google reviews but felt in this situation, Ross deserves to be commended on his work. Ross represented a family member in a very complex criminal case. I can't say enough good things about how he handled the case ( we won!) I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with many lawyers over the years and Ross changed that experience for me. He goes far and above to make you feel comfortable and confident in whatever type of situation you may be dealing with. Most attorneys look at clients as numbers on a spreadsheet; with Ross if feels like he becomes a true friend and will do everything he can to help. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. I personally know Trey to be the best in his field. He did an outstanding job in representing me in a work comp. Case after I was injured at Pacific Bell Telephone Co. I fell while descending a telephone pole in May of 2000. I needed several surgical procedures to repair both shoulders, neck, and back. I am still being treated regularly, and will need further surgeries in the near future. I am treating with Dr. Blaze at S.C.O.I. in Valencia, and with Dr. George J. Thomas lll. None of this would have been possible had it not been for Trey and his expert handling of my case. PacBell fought me for many years, but Trey never gave up on me and never backed down to them. He is a champion that you can rely on to fight you fight when you can't. There is no finer man in my opinion, to get the job done. He is, and will always be my hero. He provided the best defense I could have ever hoped for. Without him I would most likely have given up hope, and possibly my life. He kept me informed, always responding to both immediate and future needs. Trey protected me from the most brutal treatment that was brought on by PacBells hired guns. What seemed like a cut and dry case turned into a nightmare. My fall was captured on video tape, thankfully by PacBell and witnessed by several employees and supervisors that were in attendance . They fought me even though the video proved my case. They treated me badly, but Trey as my advocate was the best choice I could have made.
