Being from out of the state, I found Vanessa Nellis's law firm on Yelp, and decided to contact them for initial consultation of my past legal separation and proposed divorce case. I prepaid for my consult emailed many docs, and info before our telephone consultation. Although this turned into a referral, I received an immense amount of good legal advise in a very short conversation. I was very happy to pay for this, but in the end, my fee was waived. I will now do much of my own paperwork in a different direction that never occurred to me. Vanessa is a great communicator, and knows how to determine a practical course I think. I will be happy to retain her if the need arises.

I can’t say enough about how good Scott is. Unfortunately, I was facing a second DUI along with its heavy consequences. Scott had helped my brother before so I gave him a call and set up an appointment to meet that same day. He was willing and able to help me with my case even though I was limited financially. This man is so good that he was able to avoid having my license suspended for 2 years and also had my second DUI charge dropped to an INFRACTION!!!!!! Scott is the best lawyer in the world! He is very professional and had my best interest at heart. When one lawyer told me I would receive jail time I fired him and found Scott! He kept me out of jail and saved me and my life from destruction. It has been almost 10 years since Ive had to use his services... Scott has been a God send, I have read on this page he has helped a lot with DUI's but I am hear to right that, that is not all he does. I am facing a serious felony probation violation for something I really didn't mean to do (missed court date) and something I didn't even know I had. Scott came into my life and has gotten me out of jail while I was in custody. The judge didn't want to let me out but Scott did his job ( which he extremely good at) and i went home that day. So I am hear to tell you Scott is a good decision for any criminal act you need help getting out of. I have one more court date and we will see if he can work his magic again. I will update this after my court date to tell you how well he did :)
