I was in automobile accident in October 2019. I originally thought I had a neck injury and an MRI confirmed this, but shortly following the accident, I started suffering from chronic, debilitating migraine headaches. My vision was affected by these occurrences and I was frequently unable to drive. Within a month or two, I developed vertigo and tinnitus. The vertigo was so extreme, I frequently fell and the tinnitus made it almost impossible to sleep. At one point, I thought I had a TIA (mini stroke) because the brain fog and confusion was so intense, I had a difficult time speaking. I hired Harker Personal Injury because the person that hit me had a minimal insurance policy and my medical bills were mounting. Bronson and Alba went above and beyond every step of the way for me. They ensured I received quick and thorough care from some of the best rated physicians in San Diego (neurologist, audiologist, vestibular therapist, pain management, a cervical MRI and a brain MRI). They reminded me of every appointment and checked in frequently to see how I was feeling. They made sure I received the care that was necessary to get my life back. It was a very long and frustrating journey, but they made me feel supported and cared for. In the end, I received the full policy limits of my personal auto policy (under-insured motorist). The records that the Harker Team kept and the detail that went into my personal care and medical file resulted in an undisputed settlement. I don't believe that would have been the outcome had I tried to do this by myself, not to mention the thousands and thousands of dollars in medical care that was fronted to me through Harker Personal Injury. I was diagnosed with post-traumatic Ménière's Disease and a brain injury, on top of the neck injury that left me in chronic pain. Most of which I'll have for the rest of my life. A large settlement won't give you back the life that you missed out on during your recovery, but it will help you move forward. I'm almost 2 years out and I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. I didn't think that would happen. It took me 6 months to write this review because the thought of sitting down and reliving the experience, nearly brought me to my knees. I'm different. My life is different. Some days are good and some days aren't but I'll never regret calling Bronson Harker. It was the smartest thing I could have done. Also, his assistant, Alba is straight up amazing. She took such good care of me and I'll never forget it. Thanks Alba!! You saved my life many times.

Jacoby and Meyers started off great! They were attentive and checked in with me about the case often, then the 3rd month came! My lawyers started to get slack to make a long story short it’s been four long years with no results from a promising case! I can never get a hold to my lawyer and when I do after weeks of attempting she has an attitude and no results. I’ve been lied too countless of times I’ve had at least six lawyers and on top of that! This law firm in my eyes has been very perilous in the dealings of my case. I would never recommend them to anyone!! I’m not saying this is how they treat their Clientele but this is how they treated me in definite !!!

I would like to say that so far, I've had agreat experience. Called and immediately was offered a chiropractor to help me with my lower back pain. Spoke with Michelle and Xiomara. They were both very attentive, sweet and resourceful. My claim just started, but so far so good. I'll keep you posted as claim processes.
