I am a retired Paralegal. By the time I retired I had a bitter dislike for lawyers. I am happy to say that Mr. Klitzke and Mr. Rosner showed me that upstanding attorneys still exist. They went over and beyond for me. I always knew what was going on with my case, and anytime I called or emailed Mr. Klitzke he answered me almost immediately. I never had to wait 24 hours. It was usually the same day. It took a couple years to get the money I was owed, but this was no fault of Mr. Klitzke or Mr. Rosner. No matter how much the defendants drug this case out, and their refusal to pay me, Mr. Klitzke kept going after them like a dog with a bone. He recently got me my money and I purchased my new car. I can not sing their praises enough. Mr. Klitzke and his firm are outstanding. I have recommended them to several people.

Michael handled my lemon law case regarding my vehicle. Before I talked to him, I was rejected by couple attorneys that I don’t have a solid case against the manufacturer. Erin is very slow in reply and can't calculate the time difference. She did not provide any consultation but charged for it. I requested to refund it but she denied it.
