I contacted Auto Law Firm regarding auto advertising practices by the dealership from which I purchased my vehicle. According to Michael Klitzke's website, the firm helps clients achieve justice after being sold a vehicle over an advertised price, offering free consultations and support across California. After a brief intake interview with paralegal Gayle, I was informed the firm does not handle auto advertising claims. When I cited their website, Gayle stated the information is for informational purposes only and reiterated they could not assist me. This discrepancy makes the firm's website appear disingenuous and misleading.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Auto Law Firm, PC. They were instrumental in assisting my wife and me with a problematic situation involving our car. The car company was uncooperative and unwilling to address the issue, but Auto Law Firm stepped in and resolved everything efficiently. A heartfelt thank you to Michael and Gayle for their outstanding support and dedication!

Words cannot express enough with how satisfy I am with the services Erin Lee provided. She went above and beyond to help me and my wife fix my wife overstay and when i kept moving the goal post because I had to move overseas due to my job and then push for residency, Erin continue to help me and always kept up with my case and made sure I stayed informed and was flexible with our time difference to take any phone call if I had any questions. She dedicated herself to making sure we were taken care off for two years. I would highly recommend this law office. Erin and her staff are very professional. They know what they are doing. They deliver what they promise. We were working with 2 other law offices before we were referred to Erin, and what a difference it made! She helped our employee to get a Green Card when other lawyers fell to do it .

Before contacting Auto Law Firm, I was told by other firms that there was nothing they could do for me. At the same time they were not explaining if I had a case. I thought I did but, who am I. Then, Michael from Auto Law firm asked for any paperwork I had on my deal with the Dealership where I purchased my car. The difference between most of the case you are reading reviews on, My car was not a Lemon, the Dealer was. They sent me home in a new car then 10 days later wanted it back saying they couldn't get financing. Well, that is wrong, its called " spot financing ". But told us when we were driving out with the car that we had financing. Long story short, Michael took care of everything so fast, it made my head spin! It really makes a difference when someone knows their job and cares about the consumer. Not only were we able to keep the car but, the dealer miraculously found financing, actually lowered the price of the vehicle and boy were they singing a different tune when we showed back up to sign a new contract. Gayle and Michael are a blessing. There is not enough I can say or do to thank them for there hard work and dedication. I know they have a 100 other clients, but I always felt as if my wife an I were the only ones that they were dealing with. Thats rare trait in todays world. Thank You again Michael and Gayle for making me feel as though I matter.
