I highly recommend Harker Injury Law to anyone in need of an injury attorney. In November 2015 I was in a car accident. My vehicle was a total loss, and I incurred moderate injuries, fortunately nothing debilitating. With the other party accepting 100% liability, I figured I could settle the case on my own without hiring a lawyer (with a 2 year deadline to settle, I determined I had plenty of time to reach a reasonable settlement). Unfortunately for me, trying to deal with the other party's Insurance company was not as easy as I had hoped. It was quite painful and I was definitely out of my element - do not try this at home! With a low ball offer and LESS than a month until the settlement deadline, I finally wised up and reached out to Harker Injury Law for assistance. After a phone consultation with Bronson, I had a good feeling that I would get the help I desperately needed. Bronson and his case manager Michael were professional, focused, and were effective in representing me. After several rounds of negotiation, and with one week before the 2017 deadline, Bronson was able to reach a settlement on my behalf far beyond the initial offer I obtained by myself. Because of Bronson's knowledge and expertise working on my behalf, I was able to finally resolve the matter and put it all behind me. In the future I hope to never have a need for an injury lawyer, but IF I do, I know exactly who to call. And I won't wait until the last minute next time!
