I paid this law firm 09/16/2021 to file the petition for my son and MoM, so after she got paid, nor she communicated, or replied back, neither she returned my money back until 07/26/2022, so l had to fill a complaint against her at the California bar association. Basically, she wasted my whole year and done nothing, so l would like to alert you all to avoid wasting your time and money simply by not hiring her for any of your immigration business. Super poor law firm l have ever seen in my entire life.👎

I needed legal advice and tried calling at least 20 difference places looking for someone who would at least schedule a timely meeting with me, and did not have any luck. I needed some help with an appeal for SSI. I was planning on hopefully having Ms. Zane, aid me with this complex issue. Unfortunately, I was promptly informed that unless, Ms Zane, was responsible for getting my disability initially; she would be unable to represent me in anything else in the future.

Started off what I thought was great, paid the $1000 retainer and now I can’t even get a call returned. I have left messages, emails and called their office many times and they have returned my call one time to ask for more money. When I told them that I had already paid, they said they would call me back and never have. It has been over 6 months since I have heard from them and unfortunately, I now feel that I have no choice but to follow up with the CA Bar Association and post as many online reviews as possible to warn other people about this scam. I really wish they had the decency and respect to return my money so that I can get the services that I need somewhere else.

Wow you can't even take responsibility as a hotel for the discomforts of your guest. Go anywhere else people.
