I paid good money and Rory failed to provide rudimentary legal advice, a court reporter, or to even inform me of the law, let alone let allow the judge to violate the code of judicial ethics, and let my unrepresented ex out-menouver time and again.
Since Rory took all my money, I now have to take the judge to court unrepresented, and sue my lawyer who everyone said was "best lawyer in town" while my child resides on another continent.

Staff apparently not kept up to date on new changes made in some legal proceedings. New bill in effect Sept. 1st 2019 changed how days are counted for answering unlawful detainer. They had NO CLUE...
