If you are facing some serious drug or gun charges you will want the best Attorney to represent you. Ben Okin is who you need to call. Ben is an outstanding Attorney and a great person. He will serve you well, as he did me.

A few years ago a big ol USFS poser cop pulled me over, roughed me up and then lied about a lot of stuff, and got his ass handed to him in State and Federal court. Ben showed him for what he was and I walked out like I should have. Ben get's it done.

Manny Daskal was recommended to me as an attorney after I was arrested in December of 2012. When I went to his office, he told me I would have to pay $4,000.00 up front. Having had no experience with attorneys, I obediently wrote a check to him for that amount. He gave it to his secretary and she wrote up a contract that he and I signed. As soon as I signed it, he called the bail bondsman and asked if what I did was a misdemeanor or a felony. (I got kind of leery when he had to ask her that question, but proceeded.) On the day I was to go to court, he never showed up. In fact, I never talked to him again. I did get a bill for $35.00, went to his office, saw him sitting in a backroom, and asked his secretary if I could to talk to him. His secretary went back and then came back out and told me the $35.00 was for someone calling to find out some information. I asked her for a copy of the information, and she told me there was nothing that would help the case so nothing was written down. My recommendation is that if one ever needs an attorney and Manny Daskal is suggested, run, don't just walk, away.

I hired Benjamin Okin during the darkest period of my life, and he saved me. He fought for me and I avoided jail time, and not only did he get me an amazing deal but arranged for me record to be reduced and expunged as part of my deal. That's almost unheard of. He's an extremely dedicated, smart, and tenacious attorney. If you want top notch service them don't hesitate to hire Ben.
