William Reustle broke my father out of a conservatorship over 30 years ago. My father had taken a tumble in his home and the State had gone in and forced him into a skilled nursing facility. My father was facing permanent placement in a facility, which the family did not want. Mr. Reustle went in and negotiated an agreement with the State that allowed my father to stay in his own home. Mr. Reustle was caring and compassionate and explained what was happening at each step along the way. I'd highly recommend him.

This man mishandled my case from start to finish. He failed to keep me informed of important information. He failed to bring up important facts to the judge that would have clearly influened my case. He failed to appear in court for scheduled appearances. Please note that he has been disciplined by the state authorities previously.
