We found Benjamin W. Scott to be very professional in preparing a Restated Amendment to our Living Trust . Although we both have children with our previous spouses, we chose to have Benjamin to represent us both in our estate planning. He was always available to answer our questions night & day and guided us with great statements: "Think of the worse thing that can happen to you". It gave us "food for thought" and helped us make decisions on our Trust.
