Justin belittled me consistently and billed every second without answering the questions I had. He would interrupt when I was trying to clarify the legal process. His out of country location makes him hard to use for in person family court with an aggressive style and lack of patience or compassion.And would not meet expectations that he had set.

He is direct and has great knowledge of the law and will hear you out but he will not be holding your hand or be a counselor to your case, your a client not a patient to him and you have to put your foot down on what it is you want.

This guy will jump ship and sell you out. He does not put the effort into your case. He is shiesty and only about your money. You will mostly deal with his paralegal mellisa who is nice and well intentioned or Jose who should not be working for any attorney. I was kept uninformed, and my responses were filed at the last minute. I never felt justin was truly on my side. Instead I felt he was completely flaky, unprepared, and would handle my case on the fly. I was never even briefed for my hearings. when I received my files , I wasn't even aware of certain aligations against me. The guy would flat out lie about his actions. I think he's capable as long as you have plenty of money to blow. I would not recommend him as a family lawyer nor is he worth what he charges. He now mentions parental alienation on his sight. As a former client I guarantee, your child is not a true concern. Take your money to someone who is genuine. This guy should be reported for mal practice. He is a complete disappointment.

I had a preliminary conversation with Justin on the phone and everything sounded great. His assistant Jose sent me and my wife the retainer agreement and I had some follow up question regarding the fees. I called Jose back and asked if he could schedule a quick 10 minute call with Justin to negotiate some of his fees. Jose told me that he would not schedule a call because Justin will not discuss negotiating fees. He then proceeded to inform me that I had used up my free consultation via my first phone call with Justin. Jose then reminded me that I am free to go to other law firms if I would like. You got to be kidding me! Incredibly rude and based on my interaction with them I would not recommend. Justin, if you are reading this, you really need to work on your company's customer service.

Justin and his staff delivered great service. They always answered the phone or returned my calls quick. I even called a sunday night to leave a voicemal...but they answered the phone! Justin really cared about my case and everyone in his office was familiar with my case. I hope I never need a lawyer again but I will be sure to recommend them to anyone I know that does need one.

I contacted Justin Tabayoyon regarding a legal issue that could have had serious repercussions on my professional career. We set up a time to meet, he was punctual, attentive, informative, and gave me great advice and guidance without promising anything. After negotiating with the district attorneys office, he got me a great deal that cleared my troubles up completely. I would recommend his legal services for anyone in need of help- they are extremely reasonably priced and well worth it.

He is always quick to return emails, and phone calls; even relay messages from third parties to insure we recieve the same information in a timely manner. I have referred him to family feiends and they are very pleased with him as well!
