I love Mrs. Chickani and her energy . I was arrested with 4 charges that were trumped up by the police and feeling like I might be screwed. Even was a little depressed after the 1st court date because I hadn't been in any trouble for 17 years and now this. After the 1st court date being that I'm a believer of Christ I said Lord I'm going to trust in you and whatever happens I'm ok with because I know you take care of your children..By the second court date Laina had took on my case and I felt relieved knowing she was a private lawyer and a really good one from what I had heard from people...Soon after we met and she found a mess up on the D.A.s part that would've screwed me if she hadn't of found it . Laina Chikhani is an absolute professional. I had a felony weapons charge and also a DUI I was up against. I was afraid and had no grip on the gravity of my case until I hired her to be my lawyer. If she needs any paperwork or anything from you it is to get the best outcome on your case. She will find things and injustices that police will hide or cover up to help in court anything from videos, audio, paper work etc. Since I was a first time offender and a veteran I was able to be admitted into what is called a military deferment program. She has been my attorney for a few years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied my first encounter with her I was looking at a lot of time i mean years she goes to have a meeting with the DA and years turned into a 90 day sentence like the title says one of the best you could ever hope to get

I was facing the scariest time of my life, never been in trouble by the law and here I was fighting two felony charges assault with a deadly weapon using my vehicle and there were 2 witnesses and 2 victims against ME. She was able to push my case out for a little over a year and we finally had the preliminary hearing she killed it. She made the two victims look like complete fools and I walked away with no felony charges at all!!! she is amazing and comforted me and got me through the hardest scariest year of my life from day one. After beating the diagnosis of "diabetes in 2015" and discovering I had it AGAIN, I had drinks, since my brother had one leg amputated, I just couldn't think straight or sleep. He eventually passed away in 2011 from diabetes. Laina is amazing! I wanted to get my record expunged for employment reasons. She suggested we get my felony reduced to a misdemeanor then have my record expunged so I would get my rights back. I didn't even know that was possible. She asked me to get some letters of character and all my paperwork saying I had completed everything the court required as part of my original sentence. Once I got everything to her I was on the calendar within a few days. We went to court on November 19th and got everything taken care of. My record had been holding me back for years. I highly recommend Laina she is truly a great person and lawyer.
