My case Manager won't return my calls for a week now. Social security is screwing with me and won't pay me even though they approved my case. They keep giving the run around on dates and now because of not getting paid by social security I'm now homeless. Great, I'm on dialysis and now I'm homeless.

I had major back surgery and was denied SS benefits twice when I found Kay. She was honest,professional,trustworthy, and sincere in every step of the process. Didn't even know her client was in jail let alone had court the following day. What a joke

125k bail and 2 felonies. I knew I needed a good lawyer who could help me get out of a real pickle. I was at fault but knew I would need a lawyer who would fight to get me the best deal and convey to the judge that I was a good person who made a huge mistake. Mrs. Chikhani was this person and I knew this because I had read almost every review she had about her. I went to meet her and she was extremely personable, caring, and experienced. She immediately laid out how we would proceed to fight the case. Tasked me with producing all the evidence I could with this guy stealing and trying to scam me, proof of who I was with regards to my character, and other paperworks that were necessary to help me prove I was good person. Mrs. Chikhani stayed in contact with me throughout the entire case. Was on time to all court appearances and we had regular meetings at her office that were quick but informative. She kept expectations real with me from the start only promising her best which she delivered on. All in all I was facing 16 years. Mrs. Chikhani was able to keep me out of jail on probation and was able to strike a deal with the DA for probation or up to a 2 year lid in jail if any jail at all. Judge took into account who I was as a person and my no prior criminal record and all my accomplishments. He also took into account my character letters and the circumstances of the my case. He granted me 2 years probation and 3 months on house arrest. Mrs. Chikhani fought for me and did everything possible she could. Mrs. Chikhani kept me out of jail and with my family who needs me!

I had a warrant from 2016 that I was recently arrested for. I contacted Laina via her contact page and she returned my message within one business day. She informed me of the possible outcomes and we scheduled an appointment. Even when I had to reschedule my appointment due to a car accident she was extremely accommodating. When I met with her in her office, she was incredibly professional and helpful. She informed me that because my warrant was so old that I could have my case dismissed. She even told me to save my $2000 retainer that I had to hire her and use a public defender instead due to my budget constraints. Fast forward to my court date and my case was indeed dismissed with the assistance of a public defender. Laina is the consummate professional and her ethics are above reproach.
