My divorce spanned the course of two years and has been finalized for over a year. Luckily for me, I navigated that period of my life with another attorney. This February, I needed assistance with a response for child support, and upcoming mediation/court hearing. I took on the Law Office of Tiffany L. Andrews to assist me in doing so. This office was referred to me through my employer, at a discounted rate. When asked for a $4,000 retainer, I questioned why so much. I figured worst case scenario, I’d receive half back. I was paired with one of the office’s attorneys who was kind, and helpful throughout the process. The response drafted by his paralegal was littered with misspellings and grammatical errors. I edited and returned the response, and was assured corrections would not be billable. Several additional forms were also prepared for the hearing. For good reason, my attorney appeared in court to help me get a continuance and new mediation date. Soon after, I received a request to add more funds in order to continue with my case. The $4,000, worth closer to $5k with my employer rate, had been exhausted in one month. Every penny was accounted for on paper, but it simply did not make sense. After a conversation with my attorney, and some time for him to address my concerns with the firm, I received a response. I was simply asked if I would like to move forward or not. I chose to continue to navigate the matter on my own. I do not recommend this Law Office.

Tiffany handled my case from the beginning. Always with integrity, honesty and with professionalism. She always advised me of all options whether or not I wasn’t going to like those options but I always knew where I stood or what could happen when needing to make a decision. Being up front was extremely important through a difficult divorce. Her associates and assistants were also always professional. Highly recommend her law firm.

Ms Andrews navigated me trough a high conflict divorce. She acted as an advocate for our children. She successfully litigated and stopped my ex from dreaming up ways to torment me and block needed services for the kids. Ms Andrews took her time and got to know my case backwards and forwards. It's not just a tag line, "If you care, we care;" she really cares. Her office staff really cares. She is smart, capable and she knows family law.
