I worked with Karn to set up my parent’s living trust .He was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to cover all the issues we needed done. I would highly recommend Karn and his law firm for your trust and estate needs .

In case you don't read the whole thing...I'll start by saying Karn Thapar is really outstanding! We are both physicians and we have been meaning to make a trust for a long time but have never gotten around to it despite it being incredibly important. Karn made it as easy and painless as possible. He is easy to get in touch with (office answers phone! and he will talk to you then or return your call shortly thereafter). When we met with him it was immediately clear that he is very, very intelligent and knows the law extremely well. He brought up issues we had no idea existed and he is really good about understanding tax implications as he also has an MBA. We felt so comfortable knowing our estate is in competent hands. His price is very reasonable--I think probably on the lower end for what we are getting--and he charges just one price for the whole job, not by the 15 minute segment you spend with him, so you do not feel rushed. And one final note--he is quite nice and personable and we really enjoyed just being there with him. We are so happy to have found Karn and look forward to him being our lawyer going forward.

I found Karn Thapar after an extensive search online and I decided to try him out to help navigate my parents' estate documents. We moved to Oregon recently and had a complicated situation. Karn was patient and accommodated us and really listened to our concerns. His prices are very fair, he talks to you directly when you call and the estate documents are done with attention to detail but still easy to understand. I highly recommend him to handle all of your trust, will and estate needs.
