I schedule a free consultation. She never called, sent me a message that she did and it when to voicemail, and then send me a letter stating that I was unavailable and if I would like to speak to her to make an paid appointment. Everything about the experience was odd and unprofessional.

I am an attorney myself and hired Shannon to handle a sensitive child custody matter for me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and fought hard for me in court. There are thousands of family law attorneys out there, do yourself a favor and hire a great one! Thank you Shannon :-)

Please heed my warning, If you're in the market to completely waste your money and get no representation in your court appearances, give Ms.Ramos a try. She's definitely great at letting you know when money's due, but does nothing for you in your case, completely and utterly incompetent. Ms. Ramos did not give my fiance any confidence and when it was Ms Ramos turn to speak in court she completely blanked out and accomplished nothing over multiple court appearances, and then right after asked for money even though she had to know she was doing a terrible job representing my fiance. There is no excuse for this. She was given the whole picture clearly, whenever she could spare 1 minute of her time. Ms Ramos acted confidently on the phone and then was another person in court. If you want nothing accomplished and you want constant worry hire Shannon Ramos of Mason Law Group, you can always count on zero representation. but you will always be billed on time.

Kevin and Madeline are outstanding, though we ended up availing ourselves of only few hours of consultation. The ultimate cost to “win” our case might have exceeded the value of the suit and there was no assurance we would easily collect a judgement in our favor. It was Kevin who explained all of this to us, absolutely zero pressure to pursue anything, honest about what could be involved, and encouraging us to give due consideration to everything- enabling us to make a fully informed decision to absorb the loss. I don’t know if that reads like a great review, but for a retired couple on a very fixed income, we felt this to be the opposite of attorney “horror stories” of representation. If we ever have a future need mandating a solid real estate attorney, we would choose Kevin.

Buddy was referred to me when I had 48 hours to hire legal assistance. I talked to 2 other attorneys before him and to be honest, they gave me really crappy advice and didn't even seem to listen to me. Buddy was not only extremely, extremely thorough but he was willing to take multiple phone calls (late at night AND on the weekends) to help me out and explain to me what was going. I can't say enough good things about Buddy from his integrity, quick wit, and overall passion he has for helping clients. I truly thought my case would take a turn for the worst but Buddy fought for me and I was about to have a positive outcome!

Looking for an attorney I didn't know where to start! Especially with a custody with a long history that included domestic violence. Luckily I was referred to Shannon by a friend of mine who had said she was a pit Bull and she was 100% right. Shannon listened to everything I had to say and really worked to get me what I asked for. She fought for justice and what was right. Court can be draining and mentally/emotionally exhausting so I appreciated that she fought for me at times I didn't feel like fighting. She's worth the money, the 5 stars, and I've even referred her now to a client of my own.

Jeff was AMAZING to work with!! I was in BNI with him a couple years ago. I had become my dad's POA and did not like the attorney I worked with for that. I took all the documents to Jeff and he reviewed them for me and gave me great advice. A couple years later, there is an issue with my dad's estate.
