Minela and Brian are great!!!! Brian was very patient in answering all of our questions regarding setting up an LLC and introduced us to a tax preparer so we can discuss which entity set up would be best for us financially. Minela was super helpful and responded quickly to my questions about signing various government forms, as well as, the status of the filings. Once we received confirmation that all paperwork is in order we went one last time to Brian's office to sign the final documents with wet signatures. I asked more questions....and he continued to give me great advice! Thank you Brian and Minela.

We went to Satori Law group to redo our family trust that was originally done 13 years ago. Brian Ton, our attorney, was excellent in preparing our new trust. He added many things that were not in the original trust and structured the new trust to reflect the new tax laws. He also helped us to better focus our overall estate planning.
