The Law Offices of Derek Lim was the perfect law office for me and will be the best place to start when looking for an attorney. At first, when I was injured calling around was the last thing I wanted to do but after calling and taking to the team that helped me settle my lawsuit my headache was gone and I knew my business was being taken care of professionally and with attention to everything I asked. When I called, each time I was immediately greeted with a knowledgeable Ms. Chao who knew the answer I was looking for and even throughout the COVID-19 pandemic Derek Lim’s team was able to get me the outcome I wanted and helped me get back on with my life. Called on a friday and spoke with Ranvir. He seemed very knowledgeable regarding wills and trusts. He was very friendly and helpful and even agreed to meet with me the next day (saturday)! His work is top notch and impeccable and I plan to use him again in the future. If you are in the market for an estate planning attorney, look no further!

We got help from Mr. Derek Lim about immigration issue. It’s not convenient to go through too details her due to privacy, but it’s about Juvenile case. It took a year about my case, they guided us step by step, and explain the court’s procedure clearly. COVID-19 delayed the case, luckily we went through after his help. We enjoyed working with our staff and attorney, they are very honest to the customer & very reasonable price. With their help, my case was successfully approved by the court, we recommend them.

I heard it from my friend, the staff there was very irresponsive, they didn't reply emails for days, when pushing them, they said they were busy, yes, they were not busy when took money. They never have any fault, the fault was the client who chose this firm.

I'm an out of state landlord looking for local representation to sell the property in Fremont. I couldn't get past the screening call because they wouldn't handle the tennant removal step. Disapointed.

My husband and I worked with Mr Sandhu and team (Siraj and Simran) for estate planning/trust. They provide basic information with questionnaire which is done online. Once that was ready, we had few questions which they answered through mails and over phone. They got all documentation ready, only one visit to their office for signatures and all work was done. Of course, you will have to update about trust with your bank and other entities, for which they will provide necessary paperwork and detailed instructions. They work really quick, answer all your questions and are highly professional. Once you reach out to them, rest assured that you will get utmost support.
