I was somewhat anxious about making my first foray into the legal world of “Estate Planning”, but my sister recommended that I get a “Trust” set up for myself, into which she could distribute assets from my dear, late father’s estate. I began to relax and realize that, with their team’s guidance, this would not be a mind-boggling ordeal! I hired lawyer Lim because I'm concerned with an arrest record I had back in 2019. I'm always worried of my green card will get jeopardized because of that particular incident I had. I'm so glad that lawyer Lim is so professional, particularly in handling criminal related cases. We had a very good conversation and he told me my case will be fine. He helped me prepared some documents that specifically explained why my case should not lead to an inadmissibility and that definitely helps. I ended up getting the green card even without an interview or RFE, better than the best scenario that I can ever imagine. I want to also thank Penny, who is the paralegal.
