Through the heights of my misery for 15+ years, I am humbly blessed to have the incredible and brave Atty. Elana Thibault in the Bay Area, CA while I am afar and invisible up to this point. Not only she is the solely legal counsel who accepted my case firmly and was denied, manipulated and refused by the most prominent ones. I have known Ms. Elana Thibault since 2017. I met her first when I needed help with an H-1B visa immigration issue, as she is a subject matter expert in that area of law. However, over time, I came to know that she is a very competent and knowledgeable family law attorney and I was very impressed by her knowledge of all aspects of California Family Law. Over time, I also found that she was very knowledgeable about filing civil pleadings that included appeals, writs, certioraris, and other petitions in civil and family proceedings. I found that she was very diligent and thorough in her work. Having met and interacted with over 50 family law attorneys, I will admit that I am yet to meet an attorney, who is more proficient than Ms. Thibault in family and civil law matters. Mr. Thibault practices the highest standard of ethical requirements, set by APA, in her professional field.
