因為林律師的專業，我媽媽的移民案件得以圓滿解決。經過朋友的介紹我和我媽媽來到林律師的辦公室，我們把我們所遇到的移民狀況告訴給林律師。林律師就一針見血的說出我們應該要怎樣做，還給我們講清楚步驟，讓我們知道這個案件的勝算有多少。他在我們上庭前，一而再再而三的囑咐我們要看看我們之前遞給移民局的資料，生怕我們因為害怕而忘記。到最後差不多上庭的前一個星期，我們會到他那裡再進行一次演習，好讓我們知道如何應對法官的不同問題。他不會一次性收錢，而是每到一個步驟就收一次，我們覺得價錢還算合理。還有就是要感謝他的助理Penny的幫助，幫我們梳理案件，讓法官一目了然。真的謝謝他們幫我們圓了美國夢。

My wife and I were in a car accident about 1yr and half ago and Both of us were injured by the accident. I call Christine Chao at the Law Offices of Derek Lim three days after the accident. As the 1yr and half timeframe came to an end,we were very happy with our claim with a reasonable compensations. My mom was in a car accident about 2yrs ago and was referred to Christine Chao at the Law Offices of Derek Lim through a friend. Unfortunately, the person who caused the accident didn't have insurance and my mom suffered injuries that required extensive medical treatment. When my mom first contacted Christine, she was very unclear on the details of how these types of cases were handled so I asked my mom to contact Christine so that I could correspond with her directly. Prior to contacting Christine, I called another lawyer to ask for some details about these type of cases. In California, there is a 2yr timeframe from the date of the accident to file your case in relation to all costs, medical treatment, etc that may be part of your claim. When I called Christine, she provided pertinent information and discussed how these types of cases are handled and reviewed. She was very professional, personable and easy to understand. All the information that I received from the other lawyer was consistent with what Christine told me. The majority of our correspondence throughout the 2yr timeframe was done through email. Initially, my mom was referred to just chiropractic treatment but after little benefit and worsening symptoms, I checked with Christine to see what were the appropriate next steps. Christine always responded within a business day and was very clear about appropriate steps to take. Christine and her team would touch base periodically and ask for information and updates on my mom's care. As the 2yr timeframe came to an end, Christine again followed up and provided her professional guidance on what she felt would be best for the claim/settlement. Very nice law office. They handled my immigration application. I made some additional requirements on my case. They have done them well. Very fast response. High effects on pushing the progress. Good communication. It's easy to get answer from the attorney and their staff. Our boss is not familiar the application, Law office did good explanation to our company. Based on that, I can get the documents which application needs. Now I got case approved. They are very helpful!
