I needed a trust for my young kids to avoid probate and make sure I had guardians in place. My situation was somewhat complex to say the least. Attorney Sandhu was patient and asked a lot of questions I never thought about. He explained the different types of trusts out there and my options like A trusts and AB trusts. We ended up creating a joint revocable trust with a lot of customized provisions (as they use an estate planning platform for this all). We also created LLCs for my rental properties to limit liability and at the same time, they fixed my corporate documents for my business. We couldn't be happier. Vey knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The staff was also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend to anyone that needs a trust or a corporate attorney.

Ranvir is very knowledgeable, well organized and an amazing professional. He explained the whole process to me over a call and made it so easy to get our estate planning done including our appointment and signatures. I had my Living Trust re-instated (re-done), and the Insight Legal Law Firm did a fantastic job. The communication from the first phone call to the final signing was straightforward. They use technology appropriately to avoid logistical delays in executing documents and in ensuring prompt firm-client discussions when needed. The entire process was smooth and was done quickly. At the in-person meeting, Ranvir Sandhu was extremely well prepared. The final binder documents (including a thumb drive of the documents with signatures) provided by Ranvir was well organized and easy to jump to various parts in estate plan document. Cannot say enough about how great my experience was. Ranvir and his team rock!! Thank you

I needed to get a prenuptial agreement finished before my wedding date. I called around and was getting frustrated with a lot the previous attorneys I have contacted and was about to give up. This was until I was able to find the Law Offices of Derek Lim. I was able to call the office and was able to easily book an appointment to meet at Mr Lim's office in Fremont. I drove over there and got a consultation. Mr Lim was a man of his word. I immediately filled out a questionnaire, signed a contract, and was given a checklist of what information I needed to prepare to get my prenup drafted and on the way. Throughout the process of working with Mr Lim and his office, communication was easy, transparent, and smooth. Within a month and a half, I have a prenuptial agreement completed, signed by all parties, and notarized by UPS. I am on my way to the married life.

Absolutely horrible experience and would not recommend. Attempted to get a revocable living trust done that was customized to my needs and it was everything but that. Already had a template in place that Ranvir uses for every other client to complete their estate plan. Even took the liberty to charge my insurance before completing (or even getting near to final) the service. Found a much better estate planning attorney that listened to my needs and created a customized plan for my family. Not sure what your needs are for but if you need someone for your estate planning… there are much better options out there than Insight Legal.

Ranvir is very thorough and excellent with details. When I have a client that needs a will or an update to their trust, I don't hesitate to refer them to Insight Legal!

Mr. Lim solved the problems I had when I applied for a green card, also he helped me to contacted the immigration officer many times. Their staff are friendly, especially Ms. Penny, she always answers my questions patiently. Finally I received my green card last month, thank you Mr. Lim and your professional team!
