We're a new home health agency. We hired Narek to get us licensed with state and fed agencies. If you're in this industry, you know how hard it is to get the initial approvals from the gov, but Narek was able to get us approved within 6 months. I would give zero stars if I could. I had a time sensitive case, call to see if they would take my case and came down in person they told me they would get back to me by the end of the day. It took them a week... called multiple times finally after a week they get back to me to tell me no. They're front office seems to be disorganized and wasted a week of my time. WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST

Please read this. Before you choose this joke. I reached out to Berg injury lawyers and their group. Because I was injured by a drunk driver. Not only was it on camera. I suffered moderate injuries. I went through the process and was extremely cooperative throughout the whole process dealing with this joke. I even submitted over all the proper documentation to move my case forward. But time and time again they FAILED. After almost about two years they finally said they could no longer help me. But they would be more than willing to refer me over to another lawyer! I was extremely frustrated because I did talk to the insurance company and asked the progress of my case. And they stated that they’ve tried numerous times to try to contact my lawyer that was on the case. To resolve and were unsuccessful.Weird! I was told different from my lawyer.😟 But after analyzing everything. I knew at that point in time it was my lawyer. Berg ! Well they referred me over to a new lawyer. Marlon Castillo And I was not happy with him. I literally got up and walked out of his office because of how Unprofessional that quack of a lawyer was they referred me over to. HE didn’t Even know who I was? He thought I was THe drunk driver..He even Revealed the address of where the drunk driver lived.🤭 It’s kind of sad berg, that you had all of the evidence and resources including video of the accident and you still couldn’t get the job done. Other people may have a great experience. But I’ve dealt with lawyers in the past and I honestly have to say you are far by the worst and your team sucks. Every time I see your commercial it just makes me cringe... I can only speak about my experience. I was mislead. And to make matters worse when you couldn’t get the job done you guys still BILLED 🤑me for the work. I understand you need to get paid but now I understand. You rake them in by the numbers🤑🤑🤑. And then you bill your clients when you don’t produce... it makes sense from a business stand point. Either way you get paid.But if you ask me that’s a little crooked.But hey maybe I should have READ THE CONTRACT!📄📃📃📝 Makes me more miserable even thinking you could do a good job. Like I said every time I see your commercials they make me cringe. Last thing.. I found myself a new lawyer and he got the JOB DONE! Literally The insurance company was more than happy to resolve the case. And after about a month I finally received my check and it exceeded my expectations.Because I could Finally pay my bills. But after paying everything out and having to pay Berg🤑I broke even.😃 I was not in it to make money.😀 Thank you Google for allowing me to share my experience with everybody. You guys are amazing and changing how consumers find reliable sources. Response to the owner response. Thank you very much for at least responding. But however I understand you have to protect your image. And how I was treated was exactly how it was put.We can go back-and-forth about this issue. But I have a right to express the way I was treated by your company. I was mislead and misrepresented. At every opportunity you guys failed. I wouldn’t write my experience with your company if I didn’t feel that it was important to show how crooked your company was handling my case.You guys are lawyers and I understand your position very clearly. As you can see I was very careful how I worded the events. I have pretty good documentation of how everything was. Leading up to the whole entire event with your company. So please dont lie and say my “depiction of the events and details” that is just a little misleading. I would definitely like to meet with your company. But however I already know what that’s going entail and it’s going to be a bigger hassle than what it already is. I’m not gonna get anything out of it.And I’m not looking to get anything out of it. I just wanted to show and share my experience and how I was treated with your company.
