Andrea Chapman helped achieve what we thought was almost impossible. My parents were victims of fraud by a solar contractor who misled them and fraudulently opened an PACE/HERO loan account in my parent's name. The contractor created a fake email account, applied for and opened a loan in their name which created a lien on their property. The lien caused their property taxes to quadruple yearly. They are elderly and are on fixed income so the added expense created a major hardship for them. For 3 years this caused my parents a great deal of stress, pain, and the fear of losing their home for delinquent property taxes. Andrea helped point out and identify the citation to get the lien cancelled in it's entirety. We are happy to say today we received the phone call from the awesome team at the county auditor and tax collector's office letting us know that the lien has been officially removed.
