My experience working with Proper Defense was amazing. Sally really cared about my case and worked hard to get the outcome I wanted.

I am in the Navy, stationed in San Diego, and I got served with a civil harassment lawsuit by my wife's abusive ex. He went to court for me while I had to be out at sea. And when my wife's abuser didn't even show up, he convinced them to drop the case instead of extend it. He then worked with me to send him a cease and decist letter to try to stop his harrassment. Unfortunately he didn't listen and trying to get yet another made up restraining order against my wife to keep her from her kids, but thanks to Mr. Vecchiarelli, we're going to be able to take him back to court and get a restraining order against him. Mr. Vecchiarelli also worked with me on a payment schedule understanding that fighting court battles 6 hours away takes it toll. And also enlisted military don't have much wiggle room for funds. He was professional and set me at ease the whole way. He fought for me so I could fight for our country and I recommend any service member looking for help in Tulare or Fresno county, there aren't any military resources there for you unfortunately, and Mr. Vecchiarelli is a huge stress relief and will help you out every step of the way.

My wife's abuser has been threatening her and harassing her with court date after court date.
