When we began our search for the best wrongful termination attorney, we interviewed just about every employment lawyer in Fresno. Several agreed to take the case on a contingent basis. We had the choice of one of the most well-known big firms in Fresno or Kevin Schwinn. After a 2 hour conversation with Kevin on the phone, we knew that he was the best attorney for us. A little over a year later and a settlement check on its way, we know that we made the right choice. Kevin displayed in-depth knowledge of labor law and, in particular, understood the intricasies of a case pertaining to transportation.
