Mr. Fisher was professional and like amazingly human. he took time to allow my wife to over explain things. His kindness and deep sensitivity to my wifes feelings were something I had not exprienced with other attorneys we had spoken with. My wife grabbedmy arm in the car as we were driving away and told me " I really like him ". I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Mr. Fishers sense of respondsibility to our family never waivered. At one point frankly, when we thought all was lost; Mr. Fisher made several trips in one day back and forth to my wifes place of work then to our home and back to the insurance companies attoroney and then to the judge. My wife had a settlement check in her hands in plenty of time to avoid any late fees on our home loan and buy herself a brand NEW Escalade she has always wanted in time for Christmas.! We originally hired a paralegal to fill out our paper work, and we filed our case ourself. When we went to the trustee meeting, we were told we would lose one of our cars and our boat. The meeting was continued. We found Mr. Fisher to help us. He amended our petition, and was able to exempt our car and boat. It almost cost us several thousand dollars to try and save a couple of bucks by using a paralegal. I would recommend to anyone that you go to an attorney for your bankruptcy.
