We want to thank sully and her team they were amazing in our process. They made everything go smoothly as possible. Also Ana which was my case manager was amazing in answering all my questions and concerns always replied right away didn’t have no Problem with them whatsoever. I had the pleasure of having Sully as our attorney and Ally as our case manager take on our case. They made the process of getting my husband’s permanent resident card very quick and easy. Ally was always on top of new updates and letting us know how our case was going and everything we needed. I definitely recommend both Sully and Ally. Thank you both again for everything! My first impression of Wilner & O'Reilly was with Sully and she was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job of easing our concerns and making us feel supported during a challenging time. Following Sully, we were assigned a case manager. Our initial case manager dropped the ball on several occasions by failing to submit paperwork when she said she had (2 month delay) and she took weeks to respond - not a great first impression. The reason I am writing this review is to highlight our new case manager, Monica, who has truly blown us away by her commitment to clients. Monica is responsive, thorough with her work and gets things done that she says she is going to. If she doesn't have the answer, she will work to get us an answer. In this short amount of time of working with her, she has made us feel like we are back on track and supported again. Monica truly turned our experience around and we have regained confidence in this firm. I cannot give her enough praise. Thank you for everything, Monica! Although we hit a bump in the road at the start of our experience, we are very happy to be working with Sully, Monica and the Wilner & O'Reilly firm.
