They say they have a 24 hour policy on returning inquiries, however no matter how many calls you make, messages you leave, or emails you send it's incredibly hard to get a response from the case managers or lawyer yet we pay plenty for their services.

I highly recommend this law firm. I talked with Sully 2 years prior to opening my case and she gave me very specific and detailed information about how the process would go. She answered all my questions and was very professional and honest about my situation. I was able to start my case a few months ago and am currently working with Arely Granados, at Wilner & O’reilly, who has also been very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with them.

I can’t express enough, the gratitude I feel towards this Immigration Attorneys office. I had done a lot of research before choosing Wilner & O’Riley. They were not only reasonable in their pricing. But the whole team is so helpful. I had my first meeting with Sully Bryan. And she was so informative and very kind. She made me feel very comfortable. Explaining all details thoroughly. Not to mention case manager, Adrian Quezada. Whom I dealt with for the rest of my process. He was amazing at explaining everything in detail. He was so organized with all of my paperwork. Checking up on me, making sure I received his emails. Making sure I had everything I needed. He was also very kind and informative. If he didn’t have the answer he would go to lengths to make sure he could give me one. I really appreciate him a lot! The day of my exam, I was accompanied by Attorney Petra Moreno. Who was also very kind and informative. She called me to go over all the information that was going to take place the day of my exam. She answered all my questions in full detail.
