If I could give 0 stars I would. Brian took my 5k deposit and ran with it. He provided 0 legal services and had his assistant (who is not a lawyer) handle my whole case, including filing ex parte emergency child custody paperwork. I advise you look up his license with CA state bar as in October 22 he was penalized for having a non lawyer handle lawyer work for him. Erika, Brian's assistant filed incorrectly and the court rejected all of our filings due to her misfiling with the court. Even though the court rejected the filing Brian still charged me. In the meantime this allowed for my ex-husband and his amazing legal team to get their ex parte filed and approved by the court. Brian allowed his assistant to handle/file everything incorrectly and took me for everything. When I finally fired this joke of a lawyer, they never provided me with an itemized receipt, and despite not successfully doing any legal leg work for me, they took my whole 5K deposit and I haven't been able to get a hold of them since. Save your sanity and money, avoid this joke of a "lawyer" at all costs, he will take your money and run.

When I got into my accident, I didn’t really feel injured and wasn’t going to file a lawsuit. But my insurance company was being difficult with my deductible and being evasive with some of my questions. I got so upset that I decided to hire the first accident injury attorney that came on TV, which happened to be the Law brothers. I didn’t think my case was that serious, but after all the medical attention I received and treatments recommended by the firm, I feel not only physically better, but I feel like I got thorough examinations and care by following the good advice of my caseworker. Lastly, I received a much higher settlement payout amount than I ever imagined. My entire experience was simple and without any hassles. I was treated professionally and with great efficiency. I would definitely recommend the law Brothers to anyone that asks!

Spent $4000 just to end up worse than I started. When the time came to meet with the judge, Brian was an hour late. I called him he didn't answer, he told me to call his assistant. When he showed up he didnt address me. After the hearing he just left, I had to call him to see what was going to take place after said hearing. UNPROFESSIONAL. Gave me TERRIBLE legal advice. Now I am unable to recieve my taxes. Safe to say I'll NEVER DO BUSINESS with this firm again. #badbusiness #terribleadvice

Its been a year now, and they didnt process my citizen application. A whole year wasted. I tried to get a hold of them but they don't answer. I went to their office and they didn't see me. I just found out they didn't process my application and they want me to go to Los Angeles to do the paperwork all over again. They are just scamming the hispanic community. Its a shame.

My family and I are grateful to Brian Folland and his staff, namely Erika. Previous to hiring "The Folland Law Group" to represent me, I had endured a grueling 7 years of custody battles and restraining orders against my ex.
