Oftentimes emotions are high when dealing with an estate after the death of a loved one, and I've learned that when it comes to money, it tends to bring out the absolute worst in people. Mr. Huerta helped me to understand my rights and how to best proceed with questions to do with a will and beneficiaries of the estate of my long time partner.
