The office of Freedman Law has been very good to me. Rocio Rodriguez and Jim Reynolds were the two on my car accident case I had back in July of 2019. They were amazing from start to finish. Very professional, caring, patient and helpful. Took care of even the smallest details so I never had to stress about anything. On top of the excellent service from my case manager and attorney, the front desk welcomes you with utmost respect each time you come in. Great people; makes you feel you are part of their family. I am extremely grateful I had Freedman Law representing me in my personal injury case. I've worked at law firms in the past and that experience made me appreciate the responsiveness of this firm even more. Every person I had contact with was professional and, even more important to me, empathetic. I am particularly grateful for John Willams. If he wasn't able to answer my calls at the time, he would return them as soon as he was available. John walked me through every aspect of my case and reassured me during the process. When going through an emotional situation, having someone listen, explain and reassure me was an enormous comfort. Attorney Rene Sample is also amazing. She listened to my concerns. I never felt "rushed" and she discussed different aspects so I was able to make an informed decision. Freedman Law settled my case for 3 times the defendant's offer. An example of "above and beyond" is the extra steps they took to assure I received my check as soon as possible. I moved out of state during my case and I wasn't able to go into the office to pick up the check. John made arrangements for someone to (personally) go into my bank and make the deposit. What can i say, i couldnt be happier with the service from Freedman Law Firm. My incident occurred before the passing of Sir Darryl Freedman, so i was a client during the tragic time but the service i received continued to be top notch. I met with a few of the attorneys and was assigned with Nancy and Nick and they truly took care of me throughout my case. I had many fears and they walked me through everything i didnt understand. Im actually from Hanford but the incredible client care i received here made it well worth every drive. I hope to not find myself in a position again where i need to lawyer up, but if ever i do, i know exactly who to call and thats Freedman Law! Thanks guys for all you do!
