Solved my dilemma very quickly and professionally

I have signed on with Butch and his team and I am so glad I did, or shall I say we did. My mother and I. After surviving the camp fire barely, I might add. Butch,Steve, and the rest of hos team have been so comforting to my mother and I. We feel like we are blessed to be represented by Wagner and Jones. I was refered to Wagner & Jones by an attorney that felt this law firm could handle my case better than they. To say the least, I was very nervous and untrusting after what had happened to me. Mr. Steve Amaro in Client Relations was very nice, comforting and informative. He walked me through my options and helped to feel comfortable and know that therre was light at the end of the tunnel. Even though my case is far from over and during the times when I get paniced or nervous. All I need to do is call Mr. Amaro and he sets me at ease. This is a very busy law firm and I have never felt that I have not been taken care of. Even when I was passed on to an Associate lawyer as my main contact when my case was gettinig farther along. Mr Amaro still had the time to make me feel comfortable, he would check in on me from time to time to make sure I was doing okay...That meant alot to me. I don't know what the outcome of my case will be, but I am confident they are doing everything they can for me. For that I am very thankful.
