John has done a fantastic job with my case. He took a case that no one wanted not for the lack of merit but because of the difficulty of it. John work tirelessly to ensure an amazing out come and took this case all the way thru arbitration to win get a very strong win! I hired John Miser of Sierra Litigation twice and both times I came out winning with a check in hand. The first time was because I had purchased a lemon of a car from a shady dealership. John Miser took my case and even though I didn't we stood a chance John was able to have them reach a settlement in what seemed like just month. He also made sure my credit was not affected which was a concern of mine since I had financed the vehicle. John took care of everything. I am now driving a much new and safer vehicle that was able to pretty much pay off with my settlement. The second time I hired John Miser was to settle a dispute with an employer that pressured me to break the law and terminated me. This case took longer to reach a settlement but John was there for me every step of the way and these people were not easy to deal with. They tried to use intimidation but John did not back down. I trust him and I hope to never need a lawyer again but if I do, I am hiring John Miser.

So I had contacted John regarding a business related issue I was involved with, with this being my first time ever dealing with something like this, let me tell you first hand, he’s honest, upfront, very informative, and key thing, explains in detail and provides foresight.
