I contacted this man to inform him I would be pursuing full custody of my children and to my surprise I was mocked by this man for calling in and telling him in the most civil way possible so he wouldnât waste his time and resources drawing up an agreement. As a survivor of domestic violence I advise all survivors of domestic violence to STAY AWAY from this VERY unprofessional âlawyerâ. I am still in shock that this man would act that way towards a victim of domestic violence. Shame on you Tim, you deserve to be reprimanded.
