I was referred to him from my family lawyer since I was injured at work, I try to contact him several times, every time I was redirected to his assistant Irma Trujillo, who never returned my call, some nice lady took my call and left a note for Joseph, He called me back the next day, overviewed my case and was possibly going to take it, but again, sent me to his assistant for an appointment, when I talked to her, she didn't show any interest and even asked my why I wanted to sue my employer if it was too son , she said to call her back the next day after my doc's app. So I called her back and was forwarded to her voice mail, told her that I'm having surgery and needed legal advice, time was passing , It was almost two months my accident, she never returned my call not even to tell me that they were not interested in my case, so I had to look for a different attorney in the Modesto area I've heard really good references about Joseph from people that he has taken care of , but I think his assistant is not doing her job.

Joe O'keefe is a very caring and knowledgeable attorney. Not only did he work my case diligently, but was able to negotiate a much better settlement that the state first offered. Although my case was fought over ten years ago, I believe Mr. O'keefe's skills were exceptional, and I'm quite certain with the experience he has a decade later, his presence as an attorney on any case is quite formidable!
