Jessica Smith Bobadilla was there from the beginning of my Residency to my Citizenship its been a long journey but she made it all so easy always took care of all my needs and looked for my best interest i would definitely recommend Jessica even when it seemed hard and just out of reach she was always there to pull me through her work is just amazing i would not have chosen a better person. look her up i recommend 100%

I work for a company in Fresno and handle the company's E-Verify processes and update Work Authorization permit information and expration dates for thier employees. I had an employee who was approaching expiration of her Work Authorization Permit in November of 2017 so I asked her to bring in her renewed card so that she would be able to continue working for the company. She told me that she would talk to her Attorney, Jessica Smith Bobadilla, and get me the new card as soon as possible. After a couple of days as her expiration date was getting closer, I followed up with the Employee about the Work Authorization card. She told me that she had been trying to reach her Attorney but that they weren't answering or returning her calls even after she left Voice Messages. She asked if I could call the Attorney from my office and see if she and I could reach her attorney during the earlier hours of the day. As soon as I called, with the employee present, they transferred us over to the person that was handling the employees case, Ignacio Torres. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with Jessica Bobadilla but they told me that she was out of the office and they didn't know when she would be back. I tried calling them again a few days later but I was forwarded straight to their voicemail. I left a message asking them to call me back but they never did. I ran into the employee waiting for her authorization card yesterday and she told me that she still hasn't recieved it it's April of 2018 and still nothing. That was the worst experience I've ever had with an Immigration Attorney. Jessica Bobadilla's staff is very rude and she is never available to speak with her clients. I do NOT recommend Jessica Bobadilla's firm to anyone.

I had a DMV case against me with multiple felony charges. I was very hesitant to pick an Attorney at random but after reading some of Marks reviews online I decided to set an appointment. I felt comfortable with Mark and his staff and got the feeling that although this was his job he also wanted to help people. I could see that he treated people respectfully and attentively. After taking my case I was able to get muliple charges removed or reduced. I feel he did about as good as could be done under the circumstances. I would highly recommend Mark as a defense attorney to anyone who wants an uncompromised defense attorney. Highly recommended !

I had a warrant for my arrest without knowing I did and the case was a serious felony charge. I looked for a lawyer and as soon as I spoke with Mr. Broughton I knew he was the man to go to. He took time to hear me out and was very knowledgeable made me feel like he cared. Every time I met with Mr. Broughton he would explain things to me and had a way to put my mind at ease. Everyone at the office was amazing and made you feel welcomed. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. I didn’t see a future and was scared of how this might affect me but they fought hard for me and got my case dismissed!! I will forever be thankful for what they did for me, I now feel like I got my life back. Thank you Mr. Broughton and Norma for helping me beat this case.

He is going to help me with more then year of fellowing and Harassment case

Mr. Broughton came highly recommended. He is not only an outstanding Lawyer he is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was charged with a misdemeanor. A family member made a false report indicating I assaulted him. I am a Law Enforcement officer and these false accusations could have cost me my career. Mr. Broughton represented me in court and the case was dismissed. Mr. Broughton and Norma kept me updated throughout the process. I am very grateful for both of them.

Don't bother cause they won't

First of all, Attorney Mark Broughton is really an outstanding lawyer, he is excellent. We retained attorney, Mr. Broughton for my son's legal defense in a very difficult time and extensive case. Mark's specialization and experience in criminal law and his knowledge in this field had a huge impact in the final decision of our son's case. Mark was poised, confident, and always honest about our son's case. He always responded within 24 hours and provided the latest updates about court hearings and outcomes of the court hearings when taking the account to the complexity of the case. Mark was always on top of our best interests and explained critical information to my wife and I in a very simple way. So, if you are of need of an excellent attorney that knows the culture of the Fresno Court System, I would definitely without a doubt recommend Mark Broughton. And for the office staff, they are friendly and professional. They always treated us with respect. The paralegal was always polite and responded back to us in a timely manner, The office staff always took time and explained in detailed about the case, communicated with Mark about our calls. Mark always completed a follow up to answer my emails and phone call within 24 hours. This is another great plus for Mark's office staff and his leadership. My family are so pleased with the outcome of our son's case and definitely appreciate the outstanding service Mr. Broughton has provided.
