We had our accident since January 2018, while Jeffrey D. Bohn was still there and the case was going forever. In 2020 since Attorney Daniel Carter took over and our case was assign to Yer, she went over and beyond to speed up our case. We didnt have any issue afterward, Yer was very friendly with every calls and or office visits. She explained everything clearly and was very welcoming and when picking up our settlement checks Attorney Daniel Carter greet us with respect. Thankfully, I had the pleasure to work with Thi Nguyen, a Law Clerk for the practice. She went above and beyond to finalize my case details. When the final settlement was offered, there seemed to be one delaying issue after another from the opposing group. She worked tirelessly and kept me in the loop with regular updates. Although my case was winding up when Mr Daniel Carter took over, he immediately greeted my husband and I on the day I was pick up my final settlement check. He offered to help in any way possible. I feel he would have served me well should my timing be different. I will absolutely call on him for any future legal needs.

Adam was a great lawyer and was so impressionable on me that I had to seek a review site out for him and write about how great he was for me. I had a very important case against me which was a once in a lifetime mistake. At the time Adam was employed with the Public Defenders office and before Adam was assigned to my case I was passed around to a couple different defenders who didn't seem to care about me or my case, to them I was just another defendant. Once Adam took over my case he sat me down found out all the facts to my case and did extra research for my case which I didn't even think was possible. I was in and out of court for a couple of months for different situations, such as the judge wanted more information about something. Once it came down to the final court date I had my chance to speak my defense and Adam also was able to speak the facts to my case. During his closing statement I was so impressed, he was so professional and accurate. I was very shocked to find that with all the different defendants that he had to deal with at the time at the Public Defenders office that he was so accurate and thorough with the facts. In my opinion I'd say that even the Judge was impressed. In this case it was the difference of going to prison for a long time and not being able to provide for my family or even see my kid grow up or taking a series of rehabilitation classes and house arrest. Adam was able to convince that Judge that it was a mistake that will not ever happen again. Adam was the best lawyer i could ever ask for, if i ever need representation again, which i hope will never happen, i will seek out Adam again for I can trust him, with my life, again.
