i met with Mr. Andritch about a dui and criminal charge. he was very informative and helpful.he called me that evening and told me what to expect in court the next day as he had talked with the da about my case and he did this even though i was not his client at the time. trust me save your self money and headache and hire Bryan.

I hired Brian to handle my DUI case. He is a real nice person and easy to talk to. Although he is a great person, I feel he handled my case poorly. I feel he was handling too many cases at the same time. I believe he did not pay enough attention to mine. During one of our last meetings, I sensed that he just wanted to get my case done and over with, as if he didn't want to build a defense. There was a possibility that his personal life was affecting his job, but professionals must know how to separate their personal issues from professional ones. In all honestly, I feel the public defender could have gotten me the same results. His secretary, on the other hand, is horrible. She bluntly laughed at me over the phone when I was asking questions about my case. Given that I didn't know common procedures with the court system, it was very unprofessional of her to laugh at someone who is simply trying to educate himself. Hopefully Mr. Andritch hires someone who is more social and helpful rather than belittling. Would I rehire him? No. Would I recommend him? Not for a DUI but possibly for simple legal advice. I wish him the best of luck.

Bryan Andritch is an awesome experienced attorney with excellent work ethic. Prior to meeting him I had lost hope in lawyers and my legal matter. He has managed to make me feel confident and secure in a very delicate/stressful legal situation. Words cannot express my gratitude for his legal services and counsel. I don't have any prior experience with a lawyer to compare my experience with Brian to, but I can say the following. I was always kept up to date with any changes in my case. He was very honest about the possible outcomes at every step. I never once felt like I was just another case. He really eased my mind while going through the process.

Brian took care of all my court appearances while I was out of state with no problems. He gave me great insight that saved me lots of money and time. Kept me from having to spend any jail time.

After being cited for a DUI in Fresno County, I had very little knowledge about how to handle my case. After some hard work and dedication to my case, Brian C Andritch found an angle in which to fight for a lesser charge. He fought for my case, and got my DUI dropped to a wet and reckless. After being in the position of not having anything to hope for. Brian C Andritch gave me the best outcome I could have hoped for.
