This is a review I should have written six years ago. However, my gratitude for Mr. Hammerschmidt has only increased over the years. When I was 23, I made the worst mistake of my life, which was both publicized and humiliating. When I first walked into Jeff’s office, I was in one of the most emotional states I have ever been in. Not only was I met with empathy and understanding by Jeff and his team (shoutout to Erica), but I was SO comforted by his evident expertise in his field. I knew I was in good hands. Jeff articulated what was happening in my case every step of the way, which helped ease my anxiety about what was to come. He secured the best possible outcome for my case, which positively impacted the last six years of my life and will continue to do so. Every positive development in my life is directly linked to Mr. Hammerschmidt and how he fought for me as a client. This attorney is in it for your money not for helping you. His caseload is high so he does what he wants, not what you ask and his goal is to get his colleague bruce bickle or the PG in charge of your family estate not you. I’m sure there’s an undisclosed Referal fee there. I do not recommend Gates Law. Glen will take your money and abandon you at your hearing if the public guardian office appear because he's friends with them. The PG have an attorney general 2021 prosecution for Theft. I wouldn’t doubt this firm gets paid under the table by the PG for Referals. Conflict of interest for the public do not trust this Lawfirm.

Mr Gates, and his entire staff were very experienced, communicative, honest, compassionate, generous and detailed oriented while working with my difficult divorce case. I felt Glen and Kacie went beyond my expectations when helping me understand such a foreign process as divorce due to my situation coming out of an extremely long marriage.
